Halloween can be a challenging holiday for people trying to lose weight. Keeping things healthy while enjoying the time to dress up and trick-or-treat, especially if you have little ones around, can be difficult to balance.

In this podcast episode, I chat with Devon and Rebecca about Halloween. We discuss our own Halloween’s growing up, what they looked like, and what sort of things that we think can be done to make it a little healthier.

We go through the entire process from preparing for the day, to how to manage trick-or-treating, and even how to handle having all the Halloween candy around after the evening is over. We share some healthy alternatives to the typical things you can give away and have a good discussion about the holiday in general.
