Biggest challenge

There are a lot of overuse injuries that come with running ultra marathons. Alex has injured his IT band before and really had to learn to respect his body and let it rest when necessary.

How do you stay so motivated and accountable?

Alex’s wife is his number one inspiration and accountability partner, but he also talks about his running group and community that he runs with on the weekend.
