Time is one of the biggest challenges for Angela. As a busy professional it’s easy to get into the mindset of “doing it later.”
How do you stay so motivated and accountable?
Understanding how she feels when she is living healthy really keeps her on track and pushing forward because she doesn’t want to feel horrible.
Key Advice For Beginners
Set goals and make them attainable and realistic. Focus on just making every day a little better than the last, and if possible, find someone to keep you accountable throughout the process.
