How do you stay so motivated and accountable?

When Elaine eats well and exercises properly she gets a much better sleep. Being someone who doesn’t always get a good night’s sleep this is very important.

Elaine gives a couple excellent pieces of advice. The first was to not worry about what anyone else thinks.
