After coming back from her honeymoon, it was very challenging to get back into a proper healthy living routine.
How do you stay so motivated and accountable?
Faith loves to move. Her passion for dance especially keeps her very motivated to keep moving and staying healthy. Her family is also a big motivator for her.
Key Advice For Beginners
It’s really important to celebrate small changes – they are the key to success. Also make sure you surround yourself with healthy living and others going through the same thing.
Steamed potatoes (white and sweet), kale, zucchini, with egg and feta cheese on top.
Tabata or any interval-based workouts and running.
