Shifting from a cardio-only focus to a weight-lifting focus from a fitness stand point was a challenge. She talks about how having the undiagnosed gluten intolerance for so long cause bone density issues which made lifting weights very important to build bone strength up.
How do you stay so motivated and accountable?
Gabby has some great support at her gym for accountability. She talks how developing a love for fitness and health has made it quite easy for her to stay motivated and on track.
