How do you stay so motivated and accountable?
Initially, Georgia did it for the looks and weight loss. Later on her inspiration came from being able to do incredible things with her body – hiking, marathon running, exploring – and that is what continues to push her forward.
Key Advice For Beginners
Keep it simple. Do what your mom always taught you to do – eat more vegetables.
