As an avid runner, Jessica encounters injuries from time to time. It’s important to listen to your body and let yourself recover properly.

How do you stay so motivated and accountable?

The running community is a huge motivator for Jessica. Keeping things scheduled in and part of the plan helps make sure she stays accountable to it all.

If it’s not natural, you won’t stick with it. The best workout plan or healthy eating habits are the one you are going to do.
