What does it take to get healthy and change your lifestyle? Join us as we chat with Kasey, an ACSM certified personal trainer, and an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, who has a degree in Health Promotions. With a love of Jesus, experimenting with healthy recipes, interval training, and DQ blizzards, she shares her journey with health and fitness over at WellOfHealth.me.

Biggest challenge

Kasey just recently gave birth to her beautiful baby girl. She talks about the challenges that come with adapting to her new body.

How do you stay so motivated and accountable?

Kasey was fortunately to grow up in a very healthy household and a lot of great mindsets and habits have been engrained in her. Her friends and workout partners are also a big accountability factor.

Dig a little deeper and find out why you want to change. Then find something you enjoy doing for the long term.
