One of Laura’s big motivators is learning more about the process of health and fitness and the ins and outs of nutrition and fitness.
Key Advice For Beginners
The worst part is the first little bit. The soreness from the gym. The withdrawals from sugar and junk food. Focus as much as you can in the beginning and it will get easier.
