90 day challenge:
Let’s get started…
I am weighing in today ( January 7, 2013) at 194 pounds, the heaviest I have ever been and I am hoping to lose 25 lbs in the next 90 days.
I am starting with some light exercises using the Wii fit in the mornings for about 45 minutes and I am hoping to get in a few walks after work in the new Pictou County Wellness Center.
I started the day warming up with my wii fit and was able to enjoy myself at the same time. I had a shake for breakfast from body by vi and was able to safely make it to lunch time without a snack. Lunch consisted of a spinach salad with some chicken pieces and vegetables thrown in for added bulk. After shoveling the driveway this evening, I had a late supper of bacon, eggs, salsa and beans. I also had a nutrition shake from Melaleuca to help reduce the hunger cravings. I am going to keep on this diet for the next few weeks and will increase my activity level as I proceed through the 90 days.
