Nikki is passionate about all things healthy living and has lost over 130 pounds since the start of her healthy living journey. Nikki’s biggest challenge is time. Working 11-12 hour days takes up a lot of time to exercise. She decided to teach a class in order to overcome this challenge.
How do you stay so motivated and accountable?
The members of her group fitness classes are huge motivators. Nikki is a soon-to-be mom which is extremely motivating for her to stay on track with her health and fitness.
Key Advice For Beginners
Don’t give up.
“You didn’t put it on overnight, so you’re not going to lose it overnight.”
