She is currently working in childcare and as an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. She is a healthy living enthusiast and blogger over at PassingDaisies.net.
Rachael has a big sweet tooth and finds that a big challenge when trying to stick with a very healthy diet. Allowing herself to indulge in moderation every now and then has been a great way to stay sane and overcome the challenge.
How do you stay so motivated and accountable?
Goal setting is a big way for Rachael to stay on track and keep pushing forward. Working out with friends is also a big accountability tool.
Key Advice For Beginners
Rachael shares a couple great pieces of advice:
1. It’s okay to fail. You will fall off the wagon every now and then – it’s okay, you will fail from time to time.
2. Keep going. Make sure that when you do fail, you get
Macaroni & Cheese as a nice cheat meal.
Spending time on the elliptical. Yoga is another favourite.
