Key Advice For Beginners
Change or form one habit at a time. Focus on one and get comfortable with it, then move on to the next.
“Progress, not perfection.”
Tuna or chicken salad with mashed up avocado instead of mayo – wrapped in lettuce leaves or on cucumbers.
Anything with a Tabata protocol.
