Saying no to some food – or moderating them – is a challenge for Sonia who comes from a family where food is very much apart of life.

How do you stay so motivated and accountable?

How great Sonia feels when she eats well and exercises properly is a big motivator. Her family and business partner also helps keep her accountable.
